MIP IP in Asia Forum 2015 (München)

At an event related to intellectual property in Asia, hosted by Managing Intellectual Property, Akira Fujii, Diane Beylier, and Nicole Bigler presented a panel discussion with the theme of “Patents and Trademarks in Japan: Prosecution and Litigation Key Points and Advice.” Akira Fujii was presented with “the most inventive slide” at this event. IP & Monetization (Antwerpen)

At the conference for monetization of intellectual property hosted by ie-net vzw, speaker Nicole Bigler, presented a discussion concerning monetization of intellectual property in Japan, with the theme of “Case Studies-Best Practices-Approaches and Tools.” Many people, including those from Belgium, where the conference was held, and many others involved in intellectual property from neighboring countries (people from corporate intellectual property divisions, patent attorneys, and those from the investment community) attended this conference, and a lively discussion ensued.
