Patent Attorney

PROFILE_placeholderHiroko Nakata worked as a research associate at the National Defense Medical College. She received a PhD from the University of Tokyo for research on Phosphorylation of muscarinic acetylcholine receptor.
Dr. Nakata then continued her research on signal transduction mechanisms of G-proteins at the Health Sciences Center of Colorado University and the University of Illinois. Upon her return to Japan she worked at the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry on projects to interpret functional mechanisms of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Dr. Nakata joined the firm in 2013.
