US Patent Agent, Australa and New Zealand Patent and Trade Marks Attorney

Darren Gardner started his intellectual property career as a Patent Examiner with the Australian Patent Office before moving into private practice. He qualified first as an Australian Patent and Trade Marks attorney and then later as a US Patent Agent. He started his own practice in 2007 and has worked primarily as a US Patent Agent ever since. He joined Sonoda & Kobayashi in late 2024.
