园田 吉隆 (博士)

园田博士曾在日立制作所担任研究员，于1987年进入知识产权法领域。30多年来，在知识产权事务的各个方面积累了丰富的知识与经验，其中有10年在一家日本大型知识产权特许事务所担任所长。从1998年园田小林特许事务所成立伊始担任所长。
作为首席专利诉讼，园田博士负责为来自法国、丹麦、德国及美国的企业和公共机构处理在日本法院的上诉、无效及侵权诉讼等。
园田博士经常在海外及各知识产权组织和协会举办的会议上进行演讲。
